DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE ( Pastry)

To assist the Chef de Partie in setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participate in other food production areas as required.

Qualifications
• At least a School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• National Certificate Level 3 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.
• National Certificate Level4/5 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.

Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience as Demi Chef De Partie.
Food Handlers Medical Certificate
• A Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• High levels of integrity.
• Passionate about service.
• Creative and innovative.

BUTCHER/MEAT CUTTER

The responsibility of the Butchers/Meat cutters is to use sharp tools such as knives, grinders, or meat saws and must follow sanitation standards when cleaning equipment, counter tops, and working areas in order to prevent meat contamination.
