Key responsibilities

Atmosferik Controls Ltd is looking for a proactive and trustworthy candidate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible handle daily administrative tasks and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate should be organised, dependable, and
able to work both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational files, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate job cards, customer calls, and technical interventions.
• Liaise with customers regarding maintenance, repairs, and complaints.
• Support procurement activities and assist in issuing POs and WH/OUT on Odoo.
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2022.

Performance will be measured based on accuracy, efficiency in task execution, response time to clients, and the ability to meet deadlines. Consistency, reliability, and initiative in improving processes will also be key evaluation factors.

N+1 Management Style:

The candidate will report directly to their immediate supervisor (N+1), who will provide clear guidance, priorities, and regular feedback. The management style is supportive and structured, with an emphasis on open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. Regular check-ins will ensure alignment on tasks and expectations.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and MS Office skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and professionalism.
