Key responsibilities
Le Hibou is a fast-growing scale-up that supports companies in their projects through a network of specialized experts and consultants. The company is rapidly expanding internationally and relies on its hub based in Mauritius to support its growth and structure its administrative and commercial operations.
Role objective:
Strengthen the sales administration team by supporting client operations management, invoicing, and contract follow-up, while progressively developing key skills within a structured and learning-oriented environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing activities within the ERP system (Progessi)
- Handling client invoicing
- Monitoring and managing client contracts
- Entering and updating client data in the management system
- Following up on client payments
- Processing and tracking client requests
- Providing administrative support to the sales team

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Background in management, administration, accounting, or sales administration. A first experience in a consulting firm, ESN, or structured company is appreciated, but the role is open to candidates seeking their first professional experience.

Work condition:
Local contract based in Mauritius
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Possible hours: 09:00 – 18:00 or 08:00 – 17:00 with a 1-hour break
Hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week
