Key responsibilities
Le Hibou is a company specialized in supporting and managing freelancers working with large corporate clients, mainly in France. The company operates in a structured, demanding, and fast-growing environment, serving major accounts such as CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies. Le Hibou places rigor, collaboration, and process efficiency at the heart of its operations, while offering a human-centered and evolving work environment.
The role provides key administrative and sales support to ensure smooth invoicing and pre-sales operations, working closely with teams based in Mauritius and France. The position plays a central role in operational efficiency and in maintaining a high level of service for freelancers and large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support – Invoicing & Workflow Management

Upload and manage invoices on client platforms (approximately 700–800 invoices per month).

Closely monitor submission statuses and approvals.

Ensure compliance with existing administrative processes and contribute to their improvement.

Work accurately across various client-specific tools and platforms.
Pre-Sales Support & Coordination

Centralize and manage umbrella employment (portage) requests in the internal system.

Verify, complete, and update administrative data.

Contribute to quotation preparation and renewal management.

Work closely with the pre-sales team based in France.

Occasional interactions with freelancers (excluding commercial negotiations).

Junior profiles accepted.
Background in administration, management, or a related field is an advantage.
Initial administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Permanent contract (CDI), based in Mauritius
2 days of remote work per week
