Key responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and trustworthy Storekeeper to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, materials, and supplies within the store, as well as handling administrative support tasks such as deliveries and document
dispatches.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Issue stock based on approved requisitions
• Maintain proper storage, labelling, and cleanliness of the store
• Apply FIFO method to ensure proper stock rotation
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Liaise with procurement for stock replenishment
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and cheques from offices, banks, clients, and
stakeholders
• Handle dispatch of company documents in a timely and secure manner
• Ensure confidentiality and security of documents during transit
• Maintain store tools and equipment in good condition
• Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2022 and related regulations

. Performance will be measured based on accuracy, efficiency in task execution, response time to clients, and the ability to meet deadlines. Consistency, reliability, and initiative in improving processes will also be key evaluation factors

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• School Certificate (SC) or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Valid motorcycle or car driving licence
• Basic knowledge of inventory management preferred
