Key responsibilities
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
Support Efficient Warehouse Operations
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse, including data entry, inventory tracking, scheduling, and document management.
Maintain Accurate Records
Ensure all inventory, shipment and receiving records are updated accurately and in a timely manner, assisting in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Enhance Communication
Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, management and other departments to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
Optimize Workflow
Assist in streamlining administrative procedures and identifying process improvements to enhance overall productivity and efficiency within warehouse operations.
Coordinate Logistics Support
Support logistics functions such as coordinating inbound & outbound shipments and preparing required documents.
Foster a Safe and Organized Environment
Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized administrative and operational workspace by following and promoting company safety standards and organizational practices.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Education / Experience / Skills required:
Good HSC with at least 3 Years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Fully computer literate in Microsoft package – word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
