Key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate inventories and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate and resolve stock differences within deadlines.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for discrepancies.
- Process stock transfers, adjustments, and missing/surplus items within set timelines.
- Clear pending transactions and assist with end-of-month closure.
- Maintain proper filing and support archive tasks.
- Notify Inventory Team Leader of any abnormalities.
Secondary Duties:
- Conduct regular spot checks.
- Assist with document filing, van-to-van updates, and damage stock destruction.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Inventory Team Leader.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SC/HSC minimum.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Personal Competencies:
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel.
- Understanding of barcode scanning systems.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze reports and identify discrepancies.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Systematic approach to physical inventory counts.
