Key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate inventories and ensure timely reporting.
  • Communicate and resolve stock differences within deadlines.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals for discrepancies.
  • Process stock transfers, adjustments, and missing/surplus items within set timelines.
  • Clear pending transactions and assist with end-of-month closure.
  • Maintain proper filing and support archive tasks.
  • Notify Inventory Team Leader of any abnormalities.

Secondary Duties:

  • Conduct regular spot checks.
  • Assist with document filing, van-to-van updates, and damage stock destruction.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Inventory Team Leader.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • SC/HSC minimum.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Personal Competencies:

  • Proficiency with inventory management software.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel.
  • Understanding of barcode scanning systems.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze reports and identify discrepancies.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Systematic approach to physical inventory counts.
