Key responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function in the Mauritius office. You will be responsible for building and managing the local sales team, driving client acquisition, and working closely with leadership in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a team of Sales Executives
Design and execute the local sales strategy and pipeline
Own monthly and quarterly targets for new client onboarding and assets under management
Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, introducers, and partners
Ensure all sales activities follow UEB3’s compliance and onboarding standards
Report performance and forecasts directly to senior leadership
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams across regions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Background in financial services, wealth management, investments, or fintech preferred
Familiarity with digital assets or willingness to learn quickly
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage
Mauritian national or resident with valid right to work

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short term (3 months):
Set up local sales operations, hire and onboard the initial Sales Executive team, build an active prospect pipeline, establish reporting and CRM workflows, and onboard the first cohort of clients for the Mauritius office.
Medium term (6 months):
Achieve defined targets for new client acquisition and assets under management, build a consistent and predictable sales pipeline, develop partnerships with local introducers, and position UEB3 as a recognised name within Mauritius's investment community.

The Sales Manager will report directly to senior leadership at our Dubai headquarters. Our leadership style is direct, accessible, and results-focused. We set clear expectations, trust our managers to run their teams independently, and remain closely available for strategic input, coaching, and decision-making. Communication is open and two-way, and decisions are made quickly without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

We are looking for candidates with a proven sales track record (ideally in financial services, wealth management, or fintech), demonstrated experience leading and developing a sales team, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with international colleagues. Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to represent UEB3 credibly with high-net-worth clients are essential.

Work condition:

Full-time, on-site at our Mauritius office. Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
