Key responsibilities

We are hiring Sales Executives to join the new Mauritius office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective investors, guiding them through their first conversations with UEB3 and supporting their onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into onboarded clients
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective investors
  • Present UEB3’s investment products clearly and accurately
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a clean CRM pipeline
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and KYC
  • Meet monthly activity and conversion targets
  • Represent UEB3 professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Background in financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech is a plus
  • Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage
  • Mauritian national or resident with valid right to work

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short term (3 months):
Complete onboarding and product training, build initial prospect pipeline, conduct discovery calls and meetings with qualified leads, maintain consistent CRM activity, and close first onboarded clients for UEB3.Medium term (6 months):
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets, build a self-sustaining lead pipeline, develop strong product fluency, and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners. Demonstrate readiness for increased responsibility and larger accounts.

N+1 Management Style:

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager in Mauritius. The role is supported by hands-on coaching, regular one-on-one check-ins, and clear weekly targets. Our managers focus on developing their team members, removing obstacles, and giving credit where it's due. We expect ownership and self-motivation, and in return offer real mentorship and a fast feedback loop.

Career Progression Opportunities:

Strong performers can progress into Senior Sales Executive, Team Lead, and eventually Sales Manager positions as the Mauritius office grows. We also offer cross-functional opportunities into account management, partnerships, or international sales roles within the wider UEB3 group.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a strong client-facing role (banking, insurance, fintech, or wealth management is a plus). Strong communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, resilience, and a genuine interest in financial services and digital assets are essential. We value integrity, follow-through, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Work condition:

Full-time, on-site at our Mauritius office. Standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Occasional client meetings outside of office hours may be required.
