Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented and confident when interacting with customers
Ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently
Previous retail, sales, online sales, or customer service experience is an advantage
Preference may be given to candidates living in Port Louis or nearby regions

Work condition:

Full-time position
Based at byNice, Plaine Verte, Port Louis
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (extended hours may be required during busy periods or promotions)
Fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment
Team-based working atmosphere
Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and actively assisting customers
Weekend and public holiday work may be required depending on operational needs
