Key responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounting records and intragroup billing between subsidiaries, ensuring smooth operations and handling complex financial relationships. You will oversee monthly intercompany reconciliations, refactoring between subsidiaries and the parent company, projections, feasibility plans, and working capital and cash flow analysis.


You will also manage monthly expense reports, implementan efficient supplier payment system (approximately 200 suppliers), and prepare monthly management reports and detailed quarterly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient management of administrative and accounting tasks across the agency, cinema, post-production, and AI studio.
  • Coordination of financial operations.
  • Intragroup billing and collection between subsidiaries.
  • Identifying and following up on overdue invoices.
  • Preparing monthly subsidiary reports: projections, cash flow, financial analysis, and working capital feasibility.
  • Entry of supplier invoices.
  • Supplier payments.
  • Implementation of supplier dashboards.
  • Management of monthly expense reports.
  • Handling subscription recoveries.
  • Supporting various administrative functions of the company.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or BTS in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration, preferably in a French company.
• Excellent command of written and spoken French.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong IT skills, especially in accounting software, Excel, and related tools.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organization and rigor.

Work condition:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• No operations on public holidays in Mauritius.
• Up to 2 days of remote work per week after 6 months of on-site work.
• 3-month probation period.
