Key responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process and lead recruitment and selection activities from start to end
- Represent the company brand and execute the branding strategy to external stakeholders
- Create & implement the talent acquisition strategy for the organization
- Enhance & drive consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver the resourcing requirements of business
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of senior leadership roles
- Identify & partner with external service providers, as required, to meet the hiring requirements of the organization
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment practices
- Ensure recruitment targets are met
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment dashboard
- Compile monthly recruitment statistics and reporting to present to Leadership
- Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of hiring trends
- Collaborate with Compensation and Rewards team in benchmarking exercises
- Improve the new joiner onboarding experience, aligning to group standards
- Ensure compliance to group recruitment and onboarding strategies

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in human resources or any other related stream
Experience in designing recruitment strategy
Experience in project management and strategy would be an advantage
Work condition:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:30 pm
