Company Overview

Groupe RP’s story began in 2008; two friends, Alexandre Pariseau and David Dion, decided to partner-up and launch what is today a leading firm in Accounting and Finance, Precision Recruitment. The business took-off quite rapidly, and with interest to branch off into another growing niche, consumer goods and the needletrade, they founded Prestige Recruitment.

Then a division specialized in Engineering, Construction, Information Technology and Technical work, was formed – 4iT Recruitment, now known as Performance Recruitment.

Jean-Philippe Caron was appointed as third partner of Groupe RP in 2017.

In 2021, Propulsion Recruitment, which focuses on recruitment in Pharmacy, Healthcare and Food industry, is finally launched.

Bringing together these four specialized entities, Groupe RP is now known as THE headhunting leader, with nearly 60 headhunters, supporting the growth of several hundred businesses across Canada.

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process starts with an initial call to validate the interest for the role. Then, there will be a virtual interview with one or two of the firm's partners. A psychometric test might be required at the last step of the process.
