Key responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify talents using our database, LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobillico, RocketReach, and our specialized tools, according to criteria defined by the team;
  • Collect contact information (emails, phone numbers, etc.);
  • Build structured and relevant prospecting lists for the account management team;
  • Maintain an up-to-date database;
  • Work closely with account management teams to adjust targets as needed.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, prospecting, or strategic monitoring;
• Comfortable with advanced Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Google, and other databases;
• Ability to quickly analyze a profile and assess its relevance;
• Rigorous, independent, and organized;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Advanced French skills (most of the roles we recruit for are located within the Province of Quebec).
