Key responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Development:
- Analyze the technical impact of functional requirements
- Challenge and refine functional needs in line with existing system constraints
- Optimize the technical stack and propose innovations to industrialize development processes
- Design and develop unit and integration tests
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, implementation processes)
- Ensure timely correction of bugs and implementation of user-requested enhancement
Agile Methodology & Quality Assurance:
- Work within Agile (SAFe/Scrum) frameworks to deliver incremental value
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage tasks and document work
Collaboration & Soft Skills:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Exhibit initiative, rigor, analytical thinking, and a sense of synthesis.
- Be a force of proposal within the team and to the client.
