Work environment
Binary’s work environment is relaxed, friendly and designed to assist people in doing their best work without unnecessary pressure. Whilst our official business hours are from 9:00am – 6:00pm, daily we encourage a balanced approach: focused when it matters, and comfortable enough so that employees can collaborate with ease and enjoy the space they work in. We also offer periodic work-from-home options, giving employees flexibility when it aligns with team needs and responsibilities.
Our office is designed to feel inviting and practical, with spaces that support both productivity and downtime. Employees can grab a snack throughout the day, take quick breaks around the pool table or PlayStation and enjoy a workspace filled with greenery and plants that creates a fresh, calming feel. Overall, we aim to create an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and motivated to contribute.

Recruitment process
At Binary, our recruitment process commences with candidate screening and shortlisting to identify applicants who best match the role requirements. Shortlisted candidates will then partake in an introductory interview with the Hiring Manager and HR, followed by a technical interview where applicable.
Successful candidates will move into the offer and pre-employment steps, then complete onboarding and role-specific training to ensure a smooth start and setting them up for success.
