Key responsibilities
- Unpack, sort, and stock merchandise on shelves according to established guidelines.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are at the front for optimal product turnover.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any shortages or overstock.
- Ensure shelves are clean, tidy, and free of any damaged or expired products.
- Assist in organizing backroom stock and keeping storage areas clean and organized.
- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide customer assistance as needed, directing them to products or answering inquiries.
