Key responsibilities

1 Support in Strategic Planning:
Compile data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Help in identifying target audiences and segments for specific marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, marketing and advertising.
2 Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate the logistical aspects of marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, events).
Assist in developing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
Track the progress and performance of campaigns and providing regular updates.
3 Content Creation and Management:
Coordinate with content creators (writers, designers, videographers) to produce marketing materials.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
Assist in the production and distribution of high-quality marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, videos).
4 Digital Marketing Assistance:
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media accounts, email marketing, and website updates.
Assist with SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research and tracking performance.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and analytics, providing reports on key performance indicators.
5 Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive online environment by addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
Escalate concerns and issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
Build relationships with followers through active engagement and conversation.
Encourage community interaction with engaging content and calls to action.
Track and report on customer sentiments, preferences, and feedback trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
6 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support:
Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention and loyalty programs.
Track customer interactions and feedback and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.
7 Team Collaboration:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team.
8 Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Compile and prepare reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
Assist in analysing data to provide actionable insights for optimising marketing strategies.
