Key responsibilities
- Create and publish regular content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
- Develop and manage the Sparkeys YouTube channel (expat life in Mauritius, property tours, behind-the-scenes of the concierge service, Digital Nomad pack, owner testimonials)
- Create professional visuals and creatives on Canva (posts, advertising creatives 1080×1080, stories, carousels, sales materials)
- Organise and carry out photo and video shoots for properties (10 professional photos + short videos per property)
- Set up and manage a monthly editorial calendar
- Write and optimise listings on Airbnb, Booking and other channels (engaging descriptions, keywords, highlighting key features)
- Set up and optimise automated messages (pre-arrival, during stay, post-stay)
- Propose pricing adjustments (yield management) based on seasonality and competition
- Regularly update listings based on guest feedback and market trends
- Promote Nomad by Sparkeys and Circle Getaway with dedicated content

Goals & Performance Metrics:
3-month goal: onboarding of tools and publication of the first editorial calendar. 6-month goal: generation of qualified property owner leads through digital channels and growth of Sparkeys' visibility on social media.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Skills in visual content creation (Canva or equivalent). Basic knowledge of photography/video editing (CapCut, Premiere). Excellent written communication skills in English and/or French. Knowledge of Mauritius and the hospitality/short-term rental sector is a plus. Digital curiosity, autonomy and attention to detail.
Work condition:
Remote work possible. Hybrid setup: 90% digital from anywhere, 10% on-site in Mauritius for photo/video shoots and events.
