Key responsibilities
The Customer Success & Purchase Support (sourcing and buying planner), working together with an Account Manager for dedicated accounts, with have 2 main roles in the job: Sourcing & Buying.
The incumbent will be responsible of sourcing items / services according to customers needs, prepare quotations and product presentations on a timely manner, follow-up on quotation, confirm orders and negotiate with suppliers, follow-up on production until delivery, and invoice orders to customers.
#1 Sourcing Responsibilities
- Source products & ideas for clients who make their request to AM and/or directly to Souring & Buying Planner (SBP).
- Manage price requests sent to suppliers (comparison of offers, selection of products offering the best quality/price ratio, etc.).
- Prepare quotes to send to AM and/or client directly and follow up with clients/AM.
- Create basic presentations for AM and/or client directly.
- Liaise with the Graphic Design Department and ensure that the important presentations and artworks are produced according to the clients’ brand guidelines, and within the agreed Ɵme frame.
- Resolve customer/AM complaints by investigations problems and developing solutions.
- Issue invoices to customers when orders are delivered or in case of Payment in advance.
#2 – Buying & Planning Responsibilities
- Place orders with different suppliers.
- Check if orders comply with the company’s procedures.
- Follow up of orders by:
- Issuing purchase orders.
- Checking that supplier’s artworks have been received & approved by the clients.
- Requesting a pre-production sample if needed.
- Following up on general procedures with the suppliers, carriers and warehouses until final delivery.
- Assuring that deliveries are made within the agreed time frame.
- Informing clients about deliveries.
- Controlling that suppliers’ invoices tally with company’s purchase orders.
- Sending to the Accounting Department the fully completed job card for down payment and/or final payment.
- Plan & manage priorities.
- Provide support to the Graphic Design Team.

Benefits:
Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 35,000 + transport, depending on experience and professional exposure.
