Key responsibilities
Prospecting new clients:
-To Identify & contact potential new clients to expand customer base (construction site (individuals or projects) of Professionals (ID, Archi, Lighting designer, contractor)
– To contact or visit actuals & new clients (planning to be done) – Customer portfolio management to maintain & develop relationships with existing clients (ID, Archi, LD, Contractor, developers).
-To Ensure customer satisfaction, understand their needs & propose tailored lighting solutions – Sales & negotiation to Present, promote & sell Clardy lighting products & brands
– To quote, invoice & ensure follow up with clients
– To chase payments & debtors – Sales reporting to Keep an accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions & prepare regular reports on sales performance – Internal collaboration: to Work closely with other departments
Logistics to organise delivery on time
Purchasing concerning stock refurbishment & products demands
Accounts for the payment & invoicing
