Key responsibilities

Job Objective:

Ensure the training, coaching, and support of the sales teams (both internal and external), while contributing to the structuring of sales processes and the development of individual and collective performance.

 Main Responsibilities:

Training and Support:

  • Lead training sessions for new sales recruits.

  • Update training materials (scripts, objections, pitches, arguments).

  • Conduct on-the-field coaching and real-life situations (listening, feedback, simulations).

  • Identify individual and collective improvement areas.

 

Performance Management:

  • Track performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket size, targets).

  • Develop action plans for underperforming sales reps.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and the sales manager to optimize results.

 

 Structuring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the creation of clear and replicable sales processes.

  • Provide suggestions for improving sales tools.

  • Ensure message consistency, customer relationship quality, and brand image.

 

 Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience in field sales and/or telesales (minimum 3 to 5 years).

  • Experience in team training or coaching (a major asset).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and pedagogy.

  • Strong results orientation and analytical mindset.

  • Good proficiency in office tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).

  • Autonomy, organization, ability to motivate and unite.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Experienced in a confirmed commercial background.

  • Ability to teach, manage, and follow up.

  • Positive leader, able to elevate a team.

  • Comfortable with target pressure while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
