Key responsibilities

Position Context
We are looking for BTC/BTB Customer Service & Maintenance Scheduler for our head office in Forbach, for a full-time role (45 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities
At our head office, you will help drive sales and schedule maintenance for our clients. Under the guidance of a Maintenance Officer Supervisor, you’ll work closely with sales team members to:

  • Develop quality relationships with customers.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments with technicians.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering impeccable service.

In this role, success is measured through a combination of customer satisfaction, efficiency in scheduling maintenance, and adherence to service quality standards. Key performance metrics include response time, the percentage of successfully completed maintenance visits, and client feedback scores.

Work condition:

This is a full-time position with 45 hours per week, operating from our head office. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet scheduling demands.
