Nexsus-AI is an artificial intelligence and automation studio based in Grand-Baie, Mauritius. We help businesses of all sizes — across Mauritius, the Indian Ocean region, and Africa — accelerate their digital transformation through custom software development and SaaS solutions.

As part of our commercial expansion, we are looking for driven freelance sales partners who thrive on performance.

PROFILE 1 — Business Developer (Office-based)

– Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
– Lead qualification and appointment setting for the sales team
– Pipeline tracking and handover of qualified opportunities
– Attractive commission on every converted deal

PROFILE 2 — Independent Sales Rep (Full cycle)
──────────────────────────────
– Field prospecting, networking, and digital outreach
– Product presentation and solution demonstration
– Negotiation and deal closing
– Post-sale client follow-up to drive upsell opportunities
– Higher commission covering the full sales cycle

Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short term (3 months): generate 5 qualified leads per month and close a first contract.
Medium term (6 months): build an active portfolio of 5 to 10 clients.

N+1 Management Style:

Flat and collaborative management. The founder remains available for product briefings, complex client presentations, and negotiation support.

Career Progression Opportunities:

Top performers may evolve into a Regional Sales Manager role. High-achieving partners may expand their scope to other markets including Réunion, Madagascar, and East Africa.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

- Proven B2B sales experience (tech services, telecoms or consulting a plus)
- Good knowledge of the Mauritian business landscape
- Fluent in French and English
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn)
- Performance-driven mindset with clear financial motivation

Work condition:

Freelance — commission-based only. No geographical exclusivity imposed. Remote collaboration welcome.
