Key responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute to strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level. You will oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z and ensure an exceptional candidate experience within Amaris Consulting. You will act as a true business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients.
You will be in charge of:
- Qualifying and addressing the needs communicated by the hiring managers
- Conducting pre-selection interviews through phone calls
- Following up on the recruitment process
- Directly approaching candidates and promoting Mantu on job boards and social networks
- Developing a network and creating a portfolio of candidates
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Benchmarking the recruitment process
- Improving the content of our job offers

Conduct phone interviews to pre-select candidates.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
A strong interest in recruitment
Curiosity and a proactive mindset
Fluency in English and French
Proactive and team-player attitude
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
Work condition:
Working days and hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Mauritius Public Holidays are non-working days.
