Key responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute to strengthening the growth of Amaris Consulting at the international level. You will oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z and ensure an exceptional candidate experience within Amaris Consulting. You will act as a true business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients.

You will be in charge of:

  • Qualifying and addressing the needs communicated by the hiring managers
  • Conducting pre-selection interviews through phone calls
  • Following up on the recruitment process
  • Directly approaching candidates and promoting Mantu on job boards and social networks
  • Developing a network and creating a portfolio of candidates
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Benchmarking the recruitment process
  • Improving the content of our job offers

Understand and address hiring needs from managers.
Conduct phone interviews to pre-select candidates.
Build a network and portfolio of potential candidates.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Identify and implement quick improvements in the recruitment process.

Long-Term Goals (12+ months):
Introduce innovative ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
Improve job offer content to attract top talent.
Become a strategic partner in recruitment for Amaris Consulting.
Strengthen relationships with external recruitment platforms and networks.
Continuously enhance the candidate experience based on feedback and data.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
A strong interest in recruitment
Curiosity and a proactive mindset
Fluency in English and French
Proactive and team-player attitude
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.

Work condition:

Working days and hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Mauritius Public Holidays are non-working days.
