Key responsibilities

The goal of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu’s growth by providing employees with the right support and career development throughout their professional experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payroll and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations, etc.

Based in Mauritius, you will be in charge of various HR projects, particularly related to training for the Consultant France population.

As an HR Project Manager, you will advise and provide support on Training across all stakeholders by implementing and following HR policies, procedures, administrative and legal aspects, etc.

Managed by a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the deployment of the annual training plan for France
  • Coordinating and managing training logistics
  • Leading sessions with HR and business teams
  • Managing all internal communication aspects
  • Monitoring the budget and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing funding applications / OPCO
  • Creating and consolidating partnerships (external organizations, internal Mantu academy, French administration, etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing impacts and KPIs
  • Implementing the group’s training policies within your scope
  • Contributing to the organization of various HR events and projects
  • Contributing to the improvement of HR processes
  • Contributing to other group HR projects (HSE, HR communications, etc.)

The missions may evolve to other subjects and projects according to needs and preferences.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

You hold at least a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR or an equivalent qualification.
You are curious, enthusiastic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills: communication, autonomy, adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
You are fluent in French (spoken and written) and are excited to work in an international team.
You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Work condition:

Working days and hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Mauritius Public Holidays are non-working days.
