Essential Technical Skills:

Design Proficiency:
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
Ability to develop creative and functional design concepts.
Understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and lighting design.
Knowledge of current design trends and materials.

Technical Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
