Key responsibilities

Model digital models and 2D plans (Revit + AutoCAD)

Create Revit families based on technical data sheets

Check the quality of drawings and deliverables according to client specifications

Communicate with clients and team members via tools like Teams, email, etc.

Specialized in 3D modeling of building plans, mainly in the pharmaceutical sector (factories, research centers, cleanrooms, etc.). The company primarily serves the European market, with some projects in Mauritius. The team, mainly based in Mauritius, consists of BIM modeling professionals working closely with engineers, design offices, and architects.
Founded by Hassen (Director) together with his partners Olivier, Jonathan, and a non-Mauritian associate, the company develops complex digital models using BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology, through specialized software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Actively participate in the BIM modeling of complex projects in the pharmaceutical sector (cleanrooms, factories, laboratories, etc.), covering MEP aspects (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, etc.) and architectural components, in collaboration with various internal teams.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Proficiency in spoken and written French
Proficiency in Revit (modeling, BIM, managing collaborative models, creating standard and parametric families)
Experience with AutoCAD
Knowledge of building systems and building services (MEP + HVAC)
Ability to learn new principles and methodologies
Knowledge of cleanroom principles is a plus

Professional maturity and sense of responsibility
Hard Skills:
Excellent command of Revit (modeling, collaborative BIM, parametric families)
Solid skills in AutoCAD
Knowledge of building systems, especially MEP (ventilation, heating, plumbing, electrical)
Knowledge of cleanroom concepts is an advantage
Proficiency in Office tools (mainly Excel), Adobe, Teams
Work condition:
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
On-site work, close-knit team in an open-space office
