Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the accounting function of both Metex Trading Co. Ltd and KN Manufacturing Ltd
-
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
-
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash-flow forecasts, and variance analyses
-
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations
-
Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory returns (VAT, Corporate Tax, PAYE, NPF/NSF, etc.)

Monitor cost control, inventory valuation, and production-related costs within the manufacturing environment

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for both entities

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures

Provide financial insights and decision-support to management

Support audits, legal matters, and ad-hoc financial reporting as required
