Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with parcel transactions, including drop-offs and pickups.
  • Weigh, measure, and record parcels accurately for processing.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of parcels.
  • Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parcel counter area.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging supplies and restock as needed.
