Key responsibilities
Sales Operations plays a crucial support role, ensuring compliance with internal requirements during the initiation of the contractual billing process for the sales team. The Sales Operations team possesses a deep understanding of the tools used in sales and invoicing processes. They provide support and troubleshooting assistance to the sales community and other support functions, ensuring key processes are executed in a timely manner.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
*Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role.
*Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets.
*Ability to communicate in English fluently (oral and written) is an absolute must. Ability to speak other European languages (French, German or Italian) will be an advantage.
