Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial distribution strategy to achieve product commercialization objectives.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate operational teams responsible for network and business development.
  • Design and deploy communication plans for distribution networks, including merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze competitive offers and develop new distribution channels to capture new customer segments.
  • Manage budgets and ensure profitability of distribution activities.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• Master's Degree (Business School or equivalent).
• 5–10 years experience in subscription-based product distribution.
• Proven expertise in:
- Team management.
- Commercial strategy and sales techniques.
- Distribution networks and merchandising.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Mauritian or overseas markets is a plus.

Work condition:

• Full-time, permanent contract (CDI).
• Based in Mauritius with possible travel for regional coordination.
• High level of autonomy and strategic involvement.
