  • Compliance Training:
    • Developing and delivering compliance training programs.
    • Promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Auditing:
    • Conducting internal audits and reviews to assess compliance.
    • Investigating and resolving compliance violations.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Preparing and presenting compliance reports to management.
    • Communicating effectively with regulatory authorities.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience in a compliance role.
Experience in a similar industry or regulatory environment.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Proficiency in risk assessment and compliance auditing techniques.
Ability to use compliance management software.

Soft Skills:
Strong ethical judgment and integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
