Key responsibilities
We are looking for an LMS & ATS Administrator – integration specialist to join our Presales & Integration team to support our clients (large global companies) to integrate goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS solutions.
The consultant will lead WW integration projects of goFLUENT products & solutions into client´s systems, from the definition phase to execution, test, and deployment of the solution.
What you’ll do:
- Describe / Specify implementation of LMS / ATS / SAML connectors for our various partners (LMS, ATS, HCM) in collaboration with our Technical team whenever coding is needed
- Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients
- Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with SSO integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API etc) whenever needed
- Guiding clients on how to use our APIs, including our Reporting API that provides reporting data to clients.
- Support clients’ internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations
- Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization

Candidate Selection Criteria:
University Degree, preferably with a technical background.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering a Learning Management System and/or ATS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), preferably in a complex global corporate setting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
English level C1.
Other languages such as French, German, and Chinese are valuable.
Experience with LMS or LXPs integrations
Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation, and coding are a plus.
