Job objective:
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in contributing, shaping and optimising the employee journey within our entities. Collaborating closely with the Head of People & Culture, other department Managers, and employees at all levels to design, implement, and measure initiatives that elevate engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. From onboarding to offboarding, the job incumbent will champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Employee Experience
– Assist in the development & execution of a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the group’s/ entities’ mission and values.
– Continuously assess and refine actions & strategies based on employee feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
2. Onboarding and Integration
– Lead efforts to create an engaging onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to succeed from day one.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new employees within our different entities effectively.
3. Employee Engagement
– Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and morale across our entities.
– Organise events, activities, and recognition programs that celebrate achievements, foster team spirit, and promote a sense of belonging.
4. Performance Management
– Assist and partner with the Head of People & Culture, HRBP and other Head of Departments to enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development opportunities.
5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
– Assist in driving initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our entities.
– Work collaboratively to foster an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.
6. Feedback and Measurement
– Establish mechanisms for gathering, analysing, and acting on employee feedback.
– Provide data and insights to the HR Manager to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. HR Operations & Projects
– Assist in general HR operations tasks and specific projects as and when required.
– Performing any other cognate duties assigned by Reporting Line.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
● Degree in HR, psychology, communication, or a related field.
● 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
● Knowledge of best practices in talent management and employee engagement.
● Strong command of both English and French.

Work condition:
