Key responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains bridge between the Company, Business Partners, Consumers and Potential Customers
  • Pushes sales through business partners to meet or exceed Company’s Sales Objectives
  • Strategically places Point of Sales (POS) materials throughout the market
  • Educates Business Partners on the benefits of merchandising and keeping POS materials clean
  • Helps potential and new customers increase sales revenue and develops outlets according to Company Standards
  • Introduces, promotes new products and monitors penetration of all Company’s products
  • Ensures that all products released by PhoenixBev are listed at all outlets, relative to portfolio of given outlet – in some channels (Hotels, Group of Companies / Restaurants, Key Retail), as negotiated by the Channel Manager or immediate superior
  • Carries out surveys and gather information on the market and competitors
  • Identifies opportunities of creating further demand on products by providing recommended solution as per Company’s standards;
  • Implements and controls the good running of promotional activities in trade (Bar storming, MIT, National Promotions, etc)
  • Ensures that the equipment given to customers are in good working conditions, safe and used only to display Company’s products
  • Any other cognate duties

Candidate Selection Criteria:

• HSC
• Certificate in sales and marketing
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in both French and English
• Outgoing personality
• Valid driving license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG sector

Work condition:

- 7hrs to 16hrs (Monday to Friday)
- 7hrs to 12hrs (Saturday)

However, depending on operational requirements and owing to the nature of the work, you will be required to perform odd hours and/or to work on a shift system and/or on a roster system, which might include a Saturday , Sunday or Public Holiday.
