Key responsibilities

1. Developing digital strategies:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new digital trends.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the digital marketing team.
  • Ensure effective communication and harmonious collaboration within the team.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on digital platforms (SEO, SEM, PPC).
  • Oversee the creation and management of content on social media and other digital channels.

4. Analysis and reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance using web and marketing analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign KPIs and ROI.

5. Internal and External Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, production, and creative teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing service providers.

6. Budget Management:

  • Manage digital campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize costs to maximize return on investment.

7. Innovation and Technological Watch:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Propose and test new ideas and approaches to improve campaign efficiency.

8. Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure that all digital marketing initiatives comply with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to maintain campaign compliance.

9. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service through digital channels.

10. Deploying Appropriate Tools:

  • Identify and select the most suitable digital marketing tools for the company’s needs (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Implement these tools and train the team on their optimal use.

11. Side Projects and Internal Communication:

  • Employee Well-being: Participate in well-being initiatives for staff.
  • Happy Management: Contribute to projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Gamification for Staff: Develop and implement gamification strategies to boost employee engagement and productivity.
  • Internal Communication: Manage internal communication, including creating newsletters and other internal communication means.

Short Term (6 months):

Immersion in the Brand Universe: Gain a deep understanding of the brands and the customer experience chain to align digital strategies with the company's values and objectives.

Organizational Structure and Recruitment Roadmap: Define key roles, develop a recruitment strategy, and create a competent and high-performing digital marketing team.

Identification and Implementation of Digital Tools: Research, select, and deploy the most suitable digital marketing tools for the company's needs to optimize campaigns and analytics.

Establishment of Relationships and Scopes of Work with Agencies: Negotiate and formalize partnerships with external agencies, clearly defining collaboration scopes and expectations.

Mastery of Internal Administrative Procedures: Assimilate internal processes such as managing purchase orders (PO), invoices, and the purchase register to ensure effective resource management.

Preparation and Submission of a First Impressions Report: Write a detailed report on initial observations, challenges encountered, and recommendations for improving current practices.

Establishment of a Strategic Roadmap: Develop a clear and detailed roadmap for upcoming initiatives and projects, aligning short- and medium-term objectives.

Medium Term (1 year):

Building a Complete and Operational Team: Finalize the recruitment, training, and integration of all members of the digital marketing team to ensure their full effectiveness and cohesion.

Implementation of the Complete Digital Ecosystem: Deploy all the necessary tools and technologies to support and optimize the company's digital initiatives.

Development and Implementation of the Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall vision and objectives of the brands, aiming to enhance brand awareness, optimize customer engagement, and drive online sales growth.

N+1 Management Style:

- Base salary

- Bonus: Performance bonus equivalent to 2 to 3 months' salary

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Hard Skills:

- Strong experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector. Knowledge of the alcoholic beverages industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and managing online advertising campaigns.
- Skills in data analysis and reporting.

Other Requirements:

- Driver’s license and personal vehicle (or the possibility of a company-provided vehicle).

Work condition:

Location: Based in Phoenix

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility depending on ongoing projects

Availability:*Weekends required for events and specific assignments

Remote Work: Possibility to work from home based on performance and project needs

Commitment: Participation in events to create enriching experiences with consumers
