Develop the Horeca network and maximize sales by building lasting relationships with clients and providing personalized support.

5 Main Responsibilities
- Business Development:Identify, prospect, and grow the Horeca client portfolio (hotels, restaurants, cafes) in line with commercial objectives.
- Consulting and Support:Provide tailored product recommendations based on client needs and market trends.
- Training and Awareness:Train client teams on products, food and wine pairings, and strategies to maximize their sales.
- Event Organization:Plan and lead tasting workshops and events to promote products and foster client loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Analyze client data, monitor sales, and propose strategic adjustments to achieve set goals.

Goals & Performance Metrics:
3 Months:
- Understand the specific market (Entertainment, Hotel, Restaurant) and its stakeholders.
- Gain knowledge of PBL’s wines and spirits.
- Integrate into the sales team.
- Draft a feedback report detailing observations on the organization, products, and client interactions after this initial period.
6 Months:
- In-depth knowledge of all products.
- Client negotiation and proactive proposals.
- Sales and target tracking.
- Use insights from the feedback report to address areas of improvement.
9 Months:
- Mastery of product knowledge.
- Suggest sourcing of missing products.
- Organize events.
- Exceed sales targets.
- Train clients and staff.
N+1 Management Style:
Continuous support during the first 3 and 6 months, providing a solid framework for success and growth in the role.

Benefits & Culture:
- Basic Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 MUR.
- Commissions: Up to 20,000 MUR per month based on performance.

- Pension Scheme: Employer contribution (based on age: 5%, 7%, 10%, or 14%).

- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Experience in wines and spirits
Work condition:
- Location: Position primarily based in Phoenix, with frequent travel to key Horeca areas.
- Hours: Flexibility required based on projects and events. Possibility of evening and weekend work for workshops or events.
