Main Responsibilities
1. Commercial Management of the Cellar
Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and product presentation.
2. Customer Advising
Provide personalized recommendations on wines, spirits, and other products based on customers’ tastes and needs.
3. Training and Awareness
Train staff and organize workshops to educate customers on products, food and wine pairings, and tasting techniques.
4.Sales Development
Implement strategies to boost sales through promotions, events (tastings, themed evenings), and personalized customer follow-ups.
5. Performance Analysis
Monitor sales, analyze data to identify trends, and propose adjustments to achieve financial goals.

Goals & Performance Metrics:
3 Months:
1. Understand the operational and logistical workings of the wine cellar, including stock management and product presentation.
2. Integrate effectively within the team to understand dynamics and expectations.
3. Draft a detailed feedback report highlighting observations on organization, products, and customer interactions after this initial period.
6 Months:
- Master the 500 product references (wines, spirits) to be fully operational in customer advising.
- Achieve the expected commercial performance in line with the semester forecasts.
- Use insights from the feedback report to address improvement areas and optimize internal processes and customer experience.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by organizing a tasting workshop for clients.
9 Months:
- Have complete mastery of the set commercial objectives and proactively aim to exceed them.
- Be fully autonomous in managing the wine cellar, including:
- Stock management, ordering, and product presentation.
- Customer advising and loyalty building.
- Regular organization of events (tastings, training sessions, etc.).
- Train colleagues on food and wine pairings to enhance their advising skills and improve customer interactions.
- Achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 4.5/5 from regular customers.
This autonomy is the result of continuous support during the first 3 and 6 months, providing a solid foundation to succeed and thrive in the role. The individual becomes a strategic pillar, ready to take on broader responsibilities if needed.

Benefits & Culture:
- Base Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 MUR.
- Commissions: Up to 10,000 MUR per month based on performance.

Work condition:
Location:
- Primarily based in Phoenix, with regular travel to other cellars in Grand Baie and Tamarin.
- A vehicle will be provided for travel.
Hours:
Monday to Sunday on a shift system.
Engagement:
- Active participation in events (tastings, workshops, etc.) to create unique and enriching experiences with consumers, reinforcing the cellar’s image.
