Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end learning system administration and maintenance, including import/export of learning content, management of learning activities, and management of user learning

• Manage data, including the creation and processing of system reports in Excel, as well as the creation and analysis of learner surveys

• Prepare communication assets and distribute them to the learners

• Manage Outlook mailbox and provide troubleshooting / 1st-level technical support to learners using Atlassian Jira task management

• Assist in the management of classroom training, such as coordinating with external training providers, organizing and facilitating digital sessions, and supporting the purchasing and billing process

• Take over cross-team activities, e.g., contract management, translation

Candidate Selection Criteria:

A degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Computer Science, IT or any other field relevant to the role is preferred.

Work condition:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30
