Key responsibilities
As part of our growth and reorganization, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of aluminum joinery on primarily corporate construction sites. This role involves coordinating on-site teams, ensuring deadlines are met, monitoring quality, and managing relationships with other trades.
Site Management

Supervise daily operations on construction sites (organization, timelines, safety)

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors

Act as the on-site liaison with project managers, architects, and clients
Technical & Quality Monitoring

Read and implement technical plans and drawings
-
Ensure proper installation of aluminum systems

Manage snag lists and administrative project closure
Coordination & Reporting
-
Track project progress according to the defined schedule

Prepare daily reports (manpower, equipment, deliveries)

Optimize resource management with logistics teams

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing commercial, industrial, or textile sector construction projects
Soft Skills:
Honesty, thoroughness, and sense of responsibility
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Leadership, energy, and strong interpersonal skills
Hard Skills:
Excellent reading of plans and technical documents
Knowledge of construction and safety standards
Familiarity with aluminum systems (in-house training available)
Work condition:
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
