Key responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision
-
Define and maintain the company’s overall AI roadmap, in alignment with the COO’s strategic vision and executive management.

Identify and evaluate high-potential use cases, both for internal optimization and commercial offerings.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology benchmarking to position our offerings.
2. Design and Prioritization
-
Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.

Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on added value, development effort, and strategic objectives.

Design the AI user experience (UX) in collaboration with teams, making AI understandable and actionable.
3. Project Management and Launch
-
Manage AI projects end-to-end, from experimentation (Proof of Concept) to production deployment and post-launch follow-up.

Work closely with AI engineers, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful execution of the vision.

Define success metrics (KPIs) and implement monitoring tools to measure performance and adoption of AI solutions.
4.Communication and Leadership

Serve as the primary interface and spokesperson for AI within the company: present progress, train teams, and unite efforts around the project.

Actively participate in pre-sales and client design phases to explain the added value of our AI components and gather client needs.

Communicate clearly and pedagogically on complex topics to diverse audiences (technical, commercial, executive).
