Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the group’s HR and administrative strategy

  • Structure HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, mobility, payroll, contracts, etc.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws (including for expatriates)

  • Negotiate collective agreements and manage relations with trade unions

  • Manage the HR team (currently 2 team members)

  • Implement and monitor HR KPIs and dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, etc.)

  • Oversee payroll in collaboration with the Finance department

  • Manage general administration: safety, transport, IT, fleet, insurance, GDPR

  • Actively contribute to the group’s sustainable development and social responsibility projects

  • Be the key contact for authorities, auditors, partners, and consultants

Lead all HR and administrative operations of the group, supporting HR transformation, human development, process structuring, and ensuring compliance at both local and international levels. Candidate Selection Criteria:


6 to 10 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role (ideally in the industrial sector)

Knowledge of Mauritian labor law and social relations management

Experience managing an HR team and/or multi-site operations

Awareness of CSR, Health & Safety, expatriation, and sustainability challenges



Soft Skills:

Hard Skills:

Solid HR foundations (recruitment, payroll, IR, labor law)

Base salary

Travel allowance

After 1 year: performance bonus (13th-month equivalent), profit sharing (30% to 70% of one month’s salary), retirement plan, and health insurance
