Goals & Performance Metrics:

Short-Term Goals
• Learn internal systems, processes, and compliance requirements for your assigned team.
• Understand procedures for asset realisations, variations, or financial reviews, depending on allocation.
• Accurately process basic tasks:
o Asset sales documentation and finance applications (Asset Realisations).
o Variation proposals and consent tracking (Variations).
o Financial review data collection and payment plan updates (Financial Reviews).
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive feedback from supervisors to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client communication.

Medium Goals
• Independently manage more complex cases and interactions with customers, IPs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all financial and asset-related information is updated accurately in internal systems.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Consistently meet and exceeds performance targets, deadlines, and internal quality standards.

You can start as an Advisor Level 1 in Asset Realisations, Variations, or Financial Reviews and advance to Level 2 or Level 3, eventually moving into a Senior Advisor role, handling more complex cases and client interactions. With opportunities to train, coach, and conduct quality audits, you can further grow into a Technical Advisor position, expanding your expertise and impact across the department.
