Your Role as a Financial Advisor
Depending on your assigned team, your responsibilities will include:
Asset Realisations Team
- Liaise with solicitors, finance companies, and customers regarding asset sales (vehicles, properties, etc.)
• Review and verify customer income and expenditure reports
• Process vehicle finance applications and asset-related documentation
• Ensure all financial details are accurately updated in internal systems
Variations Team
- Prepare and manage variation proposals for changes in customer arrangements
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to obtain necessary consents
• Work with Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) to vet, approve, and submit cases
• Update outcomes in systems and maintain accurate meeting trackers
Financial Reviews Team
• Conduct detailed annual financial reviews of customers’ income and expenditures
• Communicate with customers to gather up-to-date financial documents
• Recommend and process changes to payment plans or arrangements
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and deadlines
We are looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in financial services, case management, back-office operations, or customer service involving financial data. Qualifications include an HSC, with a Diploma or Degree in finance, accounting, management or law considered a plus alongside your experience.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Normal Shift)
- Late Shift (after training): 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (depending on role)

Goals & Performance Metrics:
Short-Term Goals
• Learn internal systems, processes, and compliance requirements for your assigned team.
• Understand procedures for asset realisations, variations, or financial reviews, depending on allocation.
• Accurately process basic tasks:
o Asset sales documentation and finance applications (Asset Realisations).
o Variation proposals and consent tracking (Variations).
o Financial review data collection and payment plan updates (Financial Reviews).
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive feedback from supervisors to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client communication.
Medium Goals
• Independently manage more complex cases and interactions with customers, IPs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all financial and asset-related information is updated accurately in internal systems.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Consistently meet and exceeds performance targets, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
