Key responsibilities

You will report directly to your Manager within the Production department and work closely with various teams.

As a Customer Success Officer and the main point of contact for your clients, you will be responsible for them while working in a team on a diverse portfolio of small businesses (TPE).

  • Optimize the client’s accounting situation by advising and supporting them daily, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Respect accounting and tax deadlines
  • Respond diligently to clients: follow-ups, obtaining accounting documents, answering technical questions, and meeting deadlines
  • Support your clients
  • Grow your client portfolio
  • Act as a liaison with the production teams

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Profile Sought:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Assistant or a similar role
- It's a plus if you’ve already worked in the accounting field / firm or a specialized company
- You have strong interpersonal skills, and customer relationship and satisfaction are essential to you
- You are eager to learn, grow your skills, and advance in your career
- Bilingual in French
- Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines
- Good listening skills to be proactive and adaptable based on client requests

Hard skills: Customer relationship management, portfolio management, reporting.

Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, rigor, and respect for deadlines.

Work condition:

Working hours:

- From October to March: Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- From April to September: Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
