Key responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to user incidents and requests while ensuring compliance with SLAs and user satisfaction.

Contribute to the ticket reduction strategy (continuous improvement).

Train users according to their needs (new features, new users, new companies integrated into the group, etc.).

Perform configuration actions based on the needs of subsidiaries or project teams (new companies, new accounts, changes to closing periods, etc.).
-
For certain applications, participate in the review of financial data submitted by subsidiaries and provide associated reporting.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Finance or ACCA Level 2.
Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Finance/General Accounting.
Good knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systems.
Ability to independently analyze and resolve incidents.
