Handle support ticket processing.

Respond to customer support requests via appropriate communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).

Document issues and solutions to build a functional support knowledge base.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and collaborating with other departments to develop long-term solutions.

Work with the development team to test new features and ensure they meet customer needs.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
older of a college or university degree in IT, management, or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain/Accounting).
2 years of experience in user support, including problem management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O.
Knowledge of French accounting would be an asset.
