Key responsibilities

  • Prepare Journal & Payment voucher.
  • Monitor the Foreign Treasury Accounts .
  • Ensure timely recovery from foreign agents.
  • Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
  • Review overseas sister companies receivable & payable accounts.
  • Chase and do follow up of payments of  local debtors.
  • Send reminders to clients for any unsettled accounts.
  • Prepare Remittance details for allocations.
  • Prepare & process payments by cheques, cash and bank transfers through any information system.
  • Cash-in payments by cheques, credit cards, bank transfer or in cash and issue receipts.
  • Assist Team Leader or Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Any other cognate duties

Candidate Selection Criteria:

HSC with Accounting & Mathematics.
1 year working experience in a similar position.
Well-versed with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Strong personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
Able to prioritize and work on own initiative.
Quality and detailed oriented.
Ability to meet monthly deadlines.

Work condition:

Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday - 08:30 - 12:00
