Key responsibilities
- Perform sales visit to customers as per sales planning.
- Handle customer complaints & claims.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Issue proper weekly/ monthly sales report.
- Liaise with inter-departments for smooth handling of customers dossiers.
- Selling and cross-selling of all services of the company.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
A Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
At least 5 years experience in the Sales/ Marketing in Logistics sector.
Experience in Sea & Air Freight is mandatory.
Ability to gather market intelligence.
Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
Team player, dynamic, good personality with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Ready to work at odd hours and open to travel overseas.
Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
Possess a valid driving license.
Work condition:
Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:30 - 12:00
