Key responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive training to master our services, applying this knowledge to enhance guest interactions effectively.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, both for in-house and external activities, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Provide tailored support via phone, email, and live chat, understanding and responding to individual holiday needs.
- Follow up consistently on communications such as quotes to maintain engagement with potential guests.
- Recommend and upsell optimal room categories and additional services to elevate the guest experience and generate higher revenue.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries, maintaining availability after hours and on weekends when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions, alongside detailed pricing and services information.
- Utilize Salesforce for accurate management of guest data and to address complex service issues by directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Conduct administrative duties efficiently using designated tools and provide regular performance feedback to senior management.
- Stay informed about all current and upcoming promotional activities and sports or tourism opportunities to enhance guest recommendations.

- Achieve monthly sales quotas through bookings and service upsells.
- Convert a significant percentage of initial inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a swift average response time for all customer inquiries during business hours.

- Ensure complete follow-up on all customer quotes and inquiries within one day.
- Improve the conversion rate of followed-up requests compared to the previous period.
Medium-term Goals:
- Increase sales each quarter by effectively upselling and cross-selling additional services and upgrades.
- Sustain or improve the initial conversion rate over a six-month period.
- Maintain or exceed a high customer satisfaction rating over the next two quarters.
- Reduce the average response time to customer inquiries by enhancing efficiency.
- Implement a follow-up strategy to increase re-engagement with potential customers.
- Analyze reasons for non-conversion to refine and improve sales approaches.

Candidate Selection Criteria:
- Essential Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at using CRM software (preferably Salesforce), and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience Requirements: Proven track record in a customer sales role, with a preference for experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues and seizing sales opportunities.
Work condition:
Regular Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with options for a day shift from 08:30 to 17:00 (office-based) or a night shift from 14:00 to 22:00 (work-from-home).
Weekend and Public Holiday Hours:
- Saturday shifts are either from 08:30 to 16:00 or 12:00 to 21:00, and
- Sunday/Public Holidays from 12:00 to 21:00, all work-from-home.
Shifts are assigned on a rotational basis to ensure coverage and fairness.
